Shipping & Returns

 

Option 1: Pick up at Abacus Bead Store in Nelson. 505 Kootenay St, Nelson BC. You will be notified when order is ready for pick up.

Option 2: Canada Post delivery with tracking number.

Your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order.

Any returns will be accepted within 10 days of receiving your order as long as the items are unworn, returned exactly as created with the tags on the items.

After the item is received the return will be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns as this is a small business and everything is handmade.
